As we move through each zodiac sign, you will notice this pattern of expansion and contraction, an expression of the external and internal, self and community. Sagittarius season is generally November 21-December 21. In the northern hemisphere, it is cold. We have made it through the first cold chill (Scorpio) and that inward preparation to make it through the dark winter nights. The days start to get longer, just by seconds every day, in Capricorn season. Sagittarius season is the time for expansive, outward expression. It is about the time when we thirst for adventure, to explore what is on the other side of the threshold. It marks creativity, philosophy, spiritual beliefs, travel, knowledge, higher education.
For anyone who knows me, you know I use tarot as a catalyst for deeper meaning. I use it less as a prophetic divination tool. It is a way to unravel the knots that keep us safe, but stop us from growing.
